We offer 6 suite types ranging from Small to X-Large (e.g., Tokyo, Miami, Rio). Every suite comes fully equipped with a built-in sink, ample cabinetry storage, and 2 water connections. Depending on your professional needs, we can also provide a state-of-the-art shampoo bowl chair, styling chair, and manicure table to get you started.
Flexibility is key. We offer both 6 and 12-month contract options. Rent payments are conveniently debited weekly. A security deposit is required to reserve your suite, and the amount varies based on the suite type selected.
Our doors are open to all licensed professionals in the beauty and wellness world (hair stylists, estheticians, holistic health, etc.). You must possess a valid professional license and liability insurance. While we are open to the public Mon-Sat 9am-7pm, tenants enjoy 24/7 access to the facility.
